Begin to Spin – Teaches the fundamentals, safety, proper use of bikes, and an overview of the movements used during class. (60 min)

Bar Strength – A group fitness class using barbells from 3 lbs. To 91 lbs. This amazing class builds muscle and burns fat. (60 min)

Cardio Box – High cardio workout with boxing fundamentals including boxing and jumps. Your legs will feel it! (60 min)

Cardio Dance – A VERY high intensity workout that will really get your heart pumping with Andrew “fastest feet in Atlanta” Hemming. (60 min)

Cardio Core – An aerobic version of our body-sculpt class that conditions, and strengthens your muscles while raising your heart rate. (60 min)

Core Strength – A class that focuses on the bodies core, defining, conditioning, and strengthening the muscles using a variety of weights and exercises. (60 min)

Kick Boxing Heavy Bag – A great workout using boxing techniques, jump ropes, and foot work. You’ll learn blocks, punches, and defense moves. (60 min)

Pilates – Exercises that increase core (abs & low back) strength, as well as flexibility in the spine and other arease of the body. Improves posture. (60 min)

Spinning – Train at your own level using a stationary bike on a visualized ride through hills and valleys. Best Spin Instructors in Georgia! (60 min)

Step – Cardio workout using the adjustable step to work the entire body. Check out Andrew Hemming and Mimi Umstead - and get there early! (60 min)

Trekking – A walking and running class on treadmills complete with simulated hills and intervals for the walker to advanced runner. (60 min)

Triple Threat – Incredible mix that tones the body from circuit workouts with weights and builds your endurance from cardio intervals. (90 min)

Yoga – Based on an ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. (60 min)
